Mattresses

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, Tempur-Pedic® is the most highly recommended mattress brand in America!* However, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase, which is why we offer our 90-Night Sleep Trial.

Please Note: It can take approximately one month to adjust fully to a new mattress, and during this time, the TEMPUR-Material™ will also begin to soften and better conform to your body shape. For these reasons, we ask that you sleep on your new Tempur-Pedic® for at least 30 nights.

If you still don't love your new mattress after that time (but within the first 90 days of purchase), please call us at 800-821-6621. We'll work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to resolve the issue, we'll take the mattress back and refund your money (minus the return shipping fee).

The TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® Smart Bed sleep system is also included in the 90-Night Trial.

Beyond the first 90 nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty.

Closeout Mattresses

Closeout mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged and do not qualify for the 90-Night Sleep Trial. However, you can still sleep soundly knowing that all Closeout mattresses are backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease and TEMPUR-Ergo Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo Smart Bases

While we do not accept returns on Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. TEMPUR-Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases have a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. If you experience problems with your power base, call us 800-821-6621 to talk to the Tempur-Pedic specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.

Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Travel, Home Products, and Other Accessories

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment. Other accessories include remotes, leg sets, headboard bracket kits, bed frames, TEMPUR-Plush™ Puppy, and TEMPUR-Plush™ Teddy.

Office Chairs

Given the personal nature of this product, we do not accept returns. However, if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect, we will replace the part that is damaged.

Retail Store Purchases

If you bought your Tempur-Pedic product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
